Today, November 22nd (Saturday) from 12:00, meanswhile has a new start.
New store “in the meantime”Open.
We will be moving our base from Komazawa to Shibuya and will be located approximately 8 minutes walk from Shibuya Station.

From the brand name “s” is removed from the name “meanwhile”.
Going beyond the framework of a traditional flagship store and disseminating the brand's philosophy and creative process
The store is intended to serve as a "concept store."

Inside the store,
"City and Nature", "Everyday and Extraordinary", "Inner and Outside"
The “space” where contradictory elements coexist is expressed through light, flow lines, and materials.
Although I myself had experience working as an opening staff member when I was a student,
This was my first experience seeing the process from interior design to opening.
I was busy during the preparation period, and to be honest, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to make it in time.
First of all, I am relieved that today has come this way.
At the same time, when I think that this is the real start, I feel my spine grow naturally.
We want to make our store more enjoyable than ever for everyone.

The interior of the store changes its appearance during the day and at night.
Especially during the day, the natural light coming in from the center illuminates the store.
I think you will feel a completely different atmosphere than at night.
I hope you enjoy the changes as well.
