Fabric originally used in the 50s and 60s by Company E on naval and workwear unform shirts is analyzed and reinterpreted through this offering.
Modern poplin often refers to a fine count fabric with simple plain weave however, this fabric, true to its original definition utilizes a fine count thread in the warp and course count thread in the weft to create fine vertical ridges for a soft feel.
A mix of left and right hand lay threads create a fabric with stability and bulge.
