While less absorbent than normal towels, its greatest advantage is that it is compact and less bulky, and can be used for a variety of purposes other than wiping sweat, such as as a sunshade or as a traditional Japanese wrapping cloth.
This single product can be used in a variety of situations such as for travel and outings, as it helps to reduces the amount of luggage.
The fabric is left as is during the cutting process, which is a remnant of the original manufacturing process using scraps of kimonos, and this makes it quick-drying with hygienic properties.
