With exception of manufacture and/or product defect, returns are not accepted. 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days of the delivery date for any reason, without having to provide a valid reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal and return the item, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
