Shipping
All orders will be shipped out within three business days of order receipt. 
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day. 
All overseas orders are shipped via Japan Post Express Mail Service (EMS), unless stated otherwise. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.  

Payment
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and PAYPAL.  COD services are only available for orders sent within Japan.

Return Policy
With exception of manufacture and/or product defect, returns are not accepted. 

Taxes/Duties
Prices do not reflect any import duties, customs and local sales taxes that may be levied by the recipient's country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order. Any parcels returned to meanswhile without prior approval due inability to pay these charges will not be refunded.
